RETURNS & SHIPPING

Returns and Exchanges
We source all of our products through a third party printing company who overseas the printing, quality control, packaging, and shipping of our goods. Because of this, all sales are final.


However, if your purchase is defected and/or damaged upon arrival, we will honor an exchange up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon the return of the damaged item, a replacement item will be produced and sent. To initiate a return of damaged goods, please fill out the contact form. Include your order number, the reason for the exchange and any other pertinent information. We may request images be sent to share with our printing partners.

If an exchange for a damaged good needs to be made, the customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If for any reason you receive a store credit and/or refund, it will not include the cost of return shipping.

Please note- we do not exchange products for sizing issues. If you are unsure about a size, feel free to contact us here.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, use the contact form within 10 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins, we can no longer cancel the order.


Shipping
The sourcing and printing of our products are facilitated by our esteemed printing partners situated in the United States (and with some products, the EU). The transit period for purchased items to reach your designated location typically falls 1 to 3 weeks, depending upon your geographical location.


Shipping times can potentially extended further as a result of unforeseen delays beyond our control. Patrons residing outside of the North American and EU regions should expect extended shipping times. While we are dedicated to expediting the delivery process, we cannot provide guaranteed timelines for order processing, shipping, and delivery. Please note- we do not offer refunds for delivery delays.

Once the order is shipped, some shipping carriers and express checkout apps may provide delivery status updates. Please reach out to them with any shipping inquiries.

Import Duties and Taxes
Final pricing upon checkout excludes any potential import, customs duties, and tax charges that may be applicable to your order. Harvard in Tech is not responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied on your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to settle these fees upon the receipt or delivery of the order. We recommend that you consult your local Customs Department for comprehensive guidance on how to estimate these supplementary charges in details.
